Cosmetologist (Salon)

**Job Title**:
**Designation: Cosmetologist**

The Cosmetologist will be responsible for performing advanced hair loss

treatments, including Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, at our Bandra branch. The ideal

**cosmetic such as fillers and Botox. Sales skills are a must, as the role involves not only**

**performing treatments but also consulting with our elite clients with excellent**

**communication skills and ensuring that cosmetic treatments are executed to the highest**

**standards.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments and other hair loss solutions.
- If qualified, perform additional cosmetic procedures such as fillers and Botox.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on the benefits and outcomes of various cosmetic procedures.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cosmetology and incorporate them

into practice.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive treatment package sales and increase client retention.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in GFC & PRP: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Growth Factor

Concentrate treatments & Platelet-rich plasma.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Proficiency in performing fillers, Botox, and other relevant cosmetic

procedures.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively recommend and upsell treatments.
- Client Consultation: Excellent communication and consultation skills to understand client needs

and build trust.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to performing treatments and maintaining client records.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a cosmetologist with expertise in GFC & PRP and other cosmetic

treatments.
- Proven track record in sales within the beauty or cosmetic industry

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
