**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and audits.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of PIM and MDM solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.

Pay: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
