The responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

- **Marketing Code Implementation and Oversight** - Ensure the Code/ associated SOP’s are reviewed on a periodic basis and concerned stakeholders are adhering to the requirements as stated in the Code/ SOP.
- **Regional Compliance Plan and Initiatives - **Work in developing a regional compliance plan for the businesses managed, with a action tracker
- **Trains and educates **staff so that they are informed of compliance guidelines, policies, procedures
- **Acts as contact person and liaison** between department heads and senior management in ensuring risk identification and mitigation
- **Conducts regular assessments **to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
- Conduct RCC and other Compliance meetings
- Team manager, 2 people reporting role.

Skills:

- 12+ years of practical experience in compliance program implementation working in a MNC
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead a team
- Proven experience of communicating effectively with decision-making individuals within an organization
- Pragmatic, self-starter with strong analytical skills to identify core issues. Strong problem-solving ability to come up with practical solutions that comply with law and work for the business
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor your message to your target audience and communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively
- Ability to build solid relationships and to influence across a diverse group of business people with a wide array of professional backgrounds, including executive management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlines.
- Unquestionable ethics and excellent judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality and act in a critical position of trust within the company.
- The ability and desire to work independently with limited direct supervision.
