**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**:
- Be responsible for managing trip bookings, sales inquiries, and operational support for curated travel experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and internal teams to execute smooth trip operations.
- Assist in operational execution to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all bookings, payments, deposits, and prepayments are accurately processed and verified.
- Monitor and manage trip allocations & availability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Follow up on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests while optimizing seat utilization and revenue.
- Develop and maintain long-term, commercially beneficial relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer preferences.
- Be an integral part of the guest journey, ensuring exceptional experiences that align with the Zostel ethos.

**YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE**:
- Previous experience in travel sales, operations, or reservations.
- Hands-on experience in handling individual and group travel bookings.
- Strong understanding of the domestic travel market, including popular destinations, transport, and accommodation trends.
- Fluent in **English & Hindi** (additional regional language proficiency is a plus).
