We’re now expanding our **creative team** and are looking for talented **Video Editors** who can transform ideas into engaging visuals.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor** to produce high-quality video content for **social media, ads, reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce engaging video content for **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads, and Campaigns.**:

- Trim, cut, and merge footage to create impactful, brand-aligned videos.
- Add **motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, effects, and background music.**:

- Work closely with the **content & marketing team** to understand campaign goals and adapt edits accordingly.
- Repurpose content into **short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (ads, explainers, testimonials).**:

- Ensure videos are optimized for **different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats).**:

- Stay updated with **social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.**:

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with consistent quality.

**Must-Have Skills & Attributes**
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools**:Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.**:

- Creativity and storytelling ability — can make videos visually appealing & engaging.
- Understanding of **social media video formats, hooks, and trends.**:

- Good sense of music syncing, timing, and pacing.
- Attention to detail, patience, and ability to handle feedback.
- Based in Pune (able to collaborate in-office & attend shoots if required).

**Nice-to-Have**
- Knowledge of **graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)** for thumbnails and creatives.
- Experience with **motion graphics/animation.**:

- Familiarity with **color grading and sound editing.**:

- Prior agency or freelance experience in video editing.

**Who Should Apply**
