Conduct One-on-One therapy sessions for the Employees of the company on a need basis
- Provide proper intervention to the trauma cases
- You will be required to be on the office premise for at least 8 hours a day
- Weekly reporting based on requirements and format from the client
- Monthly reporting on employee grievances data
- Planning of wellness support activities
- Helping in CSR activities if needed
- Helping In research work if any
- Other mental health services that are requested by the client during the working hours
- Open to learning new techniques

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi (Any other language is an added bonus)
