At Blue Apps, we write news/news you can use and produce media apps for overseas markets. Our team includes a passionate bunch who write content which is concise, compelling and relevant across news, sports, entertainment, infotainment and Christian - and growing - genres for the smartphone generation.
- If you want a media career into the future, and love the entertainment industry and the world of celebrities, especially Hollywood and Bollywood, this is the job for you. You’ll learn about what is really news, and so much more. And there is an excellent career growth path plus you will also learn about new media technologies.
- You must be crazy about Hollywood (and Bollywood), and be up-to-date with the latest celebrity gossip, films and TV shows (if you don’t watch the latest films, TV shows and streaming shows, this is not the job for you).
- You must have very good English writing skills to be able to write and compress the content into snippets of 320 characters or less (this is the hardest part of the job).
- You must be a positive and honest person with a can-do attitude, wanting to explore and learn.
- A good sense of humour would be a bonus.
- The rest we can teach you.
- What will you get?
- Flexible hours (but most of it is at night) and work from home - all you need to do is finish your work.
- Excellent scope for growth.
- Remuneration: As per industry standards or on par with your talent and skills, and minimum quarterly reviews in the first year.
