Experience : 4-5 in FMCG Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to provide insights into various aspects of the business.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare cost analysis reports to assist in decision-making processes, analysis damage control report.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Implement and optimize systems and processes to streamline reporting and costing procedures.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and costing methodologies.
- Maintain damage control, make scheme to distributors, maintain logistics report.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of costing principles and practices is desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
