**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum objectives

2. Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom

3. Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing feedback, and adapting instruction as needed

4. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning

5. Collaborating with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary connections and promote a holistic approach to education

6. Communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and encourage parental involvement in student learning

7. Participating in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to contribute to the school community and enhance professional growth

8. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior, and adhering to school policies and procedures

Qualifications:
1. B.Ed degree or equivalent teaching certification

2. Proven experience teaching children at the secondary level

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students

6. Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources

7. Commitment to continuous professional development and growth as an educator

8.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students

9.Understanding of child development and effective classroom management techniques
