**Job Description**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness or product sales.
- Conducting audience research to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting.
- Implementing A/B Testing strategies to optimize and performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitoring ad performance metrics, such as click-through rate(CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition(CPA), and adjusting compaigns accordingly.
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to integrate Facebook ads into overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Staying updated on Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates to continously improve compaign effectiveness.
- Providing regular reports and analysis on ad performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Managing ad budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve compaign goals within specified financial constraints.
- Maintaining compliance with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure ad approval and avoid account penalties.
