**Position Overview**: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support all departments by maintaining and managing accurate data. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to client orders, inventory, and project details.
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Finance teams.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
