The Graphic Designer is in charge of creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Responsible for developing the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. He/she is expected to be creative and create out-of-the-box marketing ideas.

**Functional Context**:
Cosmotech AI, Pvt., Ltd. Is a software company that focuses on people management software solutions such as Human Resource Management System, Health and Wellness System, Queuing, Document Tracker, Help Desk Management, etc.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Studies design briefs and conceptualize wide range of visuals based on given graphic requirements
- Prepares and develops rough drafts of illustrations, logos, and other designs using editing software or by hand.
- Presents and explains design ideas and rough drafts to the team.
- Collaborates with copywriters and strategists to produce final graphic design.
- Revise graphics based on internal and client feedback.
- Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in accordance with the project’s brand guides.
- All other tasks deemed necessary by the Company

**Experience, Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility in creating and supporting marketing assets including production, website design, branding, product packaging, digital ads, and multimedia design
- Video editing skill is an advantage
- Academic Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in graphic design from a reputed institute.
