Key Responsibilities

Track Overdue Payments : Update Excel sheets weekly with overdue customer data by state and sales officer.

Monitor Sales Performance : Check which sales officers need help with collections and follow up with them.

Customer Follow-up : Contact customers with overdue payments and coordinate collection efforts.

Report Progress : Create weekly reports showing collection progress and problems

Coordinate Actions : Work with different teams to resolve payment issues

Data Analysis : Analyze why payments are delayed and suggest solutions

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
