We are urgently looking for **Deputy General Manager [DGM]** for one of the **Frozen food/Ice-cream Industry** for **Jodhpur, Rajasthan **location.

**Experience**: - 7-14 years

**Job Description: -**
- Responsible for all sales and operation activities in the location which include planning and achieving sales targets, team management, Sales operation.
- Effectively leading a team of **ASMs**, Sales Executives, **PSRs (off roll) **field forces across the assigned territories.
- Handling the Channel Sales Network of the Company with proper **RTM (Route to Market)** and Distributor Management.
- Categorizing prospective channel partners.
- Channel / Distribution Management.
- Business Development.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term.
