We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** for **FMCG Products** to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services.
- Explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
- Answer customer queries and provide detailed information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales,telemarketing, or a similar field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and **CRM**software familiarity
- Minimum **Qualification Graduation or plus 2**
