**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **digital campaigns** across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate, qualify, and convert **sales leads** through online marketing efforts.
- Track and report campaign performance using **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite**, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Manage **social media content**, engagement, and paid ads to promote offers and services.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to adjust targeting and messaging.
- Conduct **SEO/SEM** to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Assist in content creation (blogs, banners, videos, etc.) that supports lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **digital marketing** or **online sales**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads**, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools.
- Experience with **CRM tools** and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and consumer behavior.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
