**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive at Vanaam Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees. They will also conduct training sessions, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
