Project Executive, Workplace Design and Delivery

**Bangalore, Karnataka, India; Hyderabad, Telangana, India**.
Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Indian construction industry including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in leading multi-cultural teams.
- Experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to produce and deliver executive presentations, produce project status reports, and communicate deliverables to all stakeholders and management.
- Ability to bring creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions, and consult strategic change and initiatives.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous space, and translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives.
- Excellent Innovative, leadership, and strategic skills.

As a member of the Real Estate team, you are a critical thinker with versatile knowledge on the front lines of Google's physical expansion. Google cannot grow without you. As a Project Executive, you will manage the full scope of services involved in the planning and management of real estate projects in India. You'll be responsible for financial analysis/administration and design/construction supervision of our campuses and other offices across India.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and track all aspects/details of the lease, develop project schedule and budget, oversee design and construction of multiple and concurrent Google workplace design and delivery projects within the overall regional portfolio.
- Advocate for design excellence in delivering ground up and mixed use projects, from technical due diligence through to handover, as you lead a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute and analyse construction contracts, design/consulting engineer appointments and procurement methodologies.
- Understand construction procurement, including local/regional statutory requirements. Develop optimal relationships with external consultants and vendors through detailed Requests for Proposal (RFP) processes, showing commercial focus and challenges in the local supply chains.
- Make use of the design and technical resources. Perform build versus lease, retrofit versus new construction analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, tracking, and schedule management.
