**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural and interior concepts for various projects.
- Create and interpret design briefs, floor plans, space layouts, and elevations.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective spatial solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors during project execution.
- Prepare construction documents, detailed drawings, BOQs, and presentation materials.
- Ensure design compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site design direction as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar 3D rendering software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture detailing.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, and spatial design.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
- Experience with client-facing roles.
- Passion for both modern and classic design aesthetics.

Pay: ₹25,628.64 - ₹30,567.23 per month

Schedule:
