General Manager - Security Operations & Sales

Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR

CTC: ₹12,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities & KRAs:
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor security personnel across various sites, ensuring high performance and discipline.
- Create a positive, collaborative environment to enhance employee motivation and productivity.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security strategies tailored to clients' needs.
- Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing resource allocation and staff deployment.

3. Risk Management & Mitigation
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to mitigate security risks effectively.

4. Security Operations Management
- Oversee daily security operations, ensuring SOPs are followed and client expectations are met.
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues to maintain service quality.

5. Emergency Response Management
- Design and implement emergency response plans for security incidents, breaches, and recovery operations.
- Lead recovery efforts for lost or stolen assets and handle crisis situations promptly and efficiently.

6. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Budget Management & Cost Optimization
- Manage security operation budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

8. Compliance & Legal Oversight
- Ensure all security operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and maintain high security standards.

9. Staff Training & Development
- Plan and implement training programs to enhance the skills of security staff.
- Foster continuous professional development and certification of team members.

10. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and recovery operations.
- Provide management and clients with regular updates, performance evaluations, and incident reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial role within a private security company.
- Preference for ex-servicemen from the Army, Navy, Air Force, or BSF, with strong leadership and security operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage large teams*, implement risk management strategies, and handle emergency situations.
- Strong understanding of security systems, surveillance technologies, and asset recovery operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, security laws, and regulations.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
