As an Equity Derivatives Dealer, you'll be responsible for executing and managing equity derivatives trades. **Responsibilities**:
**Trade Execution**:

- Execute equity derivatives trades in accordance with established strategies and risk parameters.
- Monitor markets and economic trends to identify trading opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades while minimizing transaction costs.

**Risk Management**:

- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate market risks.
- Monitor and manage exposure to market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on equity markets, industry trends, and company performance.
- Analyze financial data and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Stay informed about relevant news and events that may impact the equity derivatives market.

**Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide insights and recommendations on equity derivatives trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to trading practices.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports related to trading activities and performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on trading strategies, performance, and market conditions.

**Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize trading platforms and tools effectively to execute trades.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in trading systems.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) may be preferred

**Experience**:

- Proven experience of 5 yrs as an Equity Derivatives Dealer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of equity markets and derivatives trading.

**Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and trends.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues.

**Risk Management**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and mitigate trading risks.

**Regulatory Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks governing equity derivatives trading in India.

**Technology Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,375.37 per month

**Experience**:

- Equity Derivative Dealer: 4 years (required)
- Odin: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- NISM-Series-VIII (required)
