**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, typically between the ages of 3 to 6 years old. The teacher designs and implements age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of each child. The Pre-Primary Teacher fosters a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans, activities, and experiences that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment conducive to the holistic development of young children.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide individualized support and guidance as needed.
- Implement behavior management techniques and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Incorporate play-based learning activities to promote cognitive, language, motor, and social-emotional skills development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and school policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- State certification or licensure for early childhood education.
- Prior experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
