**Location - Chennai (Ambattur)**

**Required Experience**:
Minimum 5yrs in Conducting Digital Marketing Technology training for new engineers Administer TNA /Skill gap assessment

Conduct refresher technology training for tenured engineersDevelop training curriculum, content & lab exercises

Pro-actively develop content on new technologies and offer the training by playing the role of a training consultant

provide end to end trainingsolution during new project transition & deployment

Track, Measure and document effectiveness of training programs

**Technical Proficiency**

Knowledge in Processes such as Display Advertising, Programmatic,

Programmatic Buying’s DSP & & SSPs, DFP Ad Exchange, Ad operations

RTB Campaign, Management Creative Trafficking

**Competencies For the Job**

Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills, team player Creativity,

Presentation Skills

Pro-actively develop content on new technologies and offer the training through GT

New hire training

Facilitation skills

Proactive

Excellent communication skills

Presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 7 years (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 5 years (preferred)
- display advertising: 5 years (preferred)
- Programmatic advertising: 5 years (preferred)
