**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Efficiently organize, input, and maintain large sets of data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- **Report Preparation**: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements, including financial, operational, and performance reports.
- **Bill of Materials (BOM)**: Prepare and update BOMs as per requirements, ensuring accuracy in material specifications, quantities, and cost details.
- **Excel Analysis**: Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros) to analyze data and provide insights to the team.
- **Document Creation & Formatting**: Create, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Data Integrity**: Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entered into spreadsheets, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with different teams to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering reports and data in a timely manner.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest improvements in processes for better data handling and reporting efficiencies.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support where needed, including organizing files, scheduling, and assisting with general office tasks.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel**: Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role involving data management, reporting, and document preparation is preferred.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and preparing reports.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data for report generation.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify data discrepancies and provide solutions quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
