We are looking for an Female **MR (Management Representative) Coordinator** with experience in **Quality Management Systems (QMS)** and various **quality-related audits** plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization adheres to the standards and regulations set by regulatory bodies, while continuously improving processes to meet customer expectations and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Management Representative Role**:

- Acts as a liaison between the top management and the quality team, ensuring that quality policies and objectives align with the overall business goals.
- Ensures that QMS is effectively implemented and maintained within the organization.
- Provides reports on the performance of the QMS, including any potential areas for improvement.
- **QMS Implementation and Maintenance**:

- Implements ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and ensures the QMS is functioning effectively.
- Conducts regular reviews and assessments of quality processes to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Assists in setting and reviewing quality objectives and KPIs.
- **Audit Management**:

- Coordinates and conducts various types of audits, including **internal audits**, **supplier audits**, and **external audits** (e.g., for ISO certification).
- Ensures that audits are planned, scheduled, and carried out systematically.
- Reviews audit findings and ensures corrective actions are taken for non-conformances.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Provides training to staff on QMS-related processes, standards, and best practices.
- Promotes a quality culture within the organization by raising awareness of quality management principles.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, risk management, and cost-saving strategies while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Types of Audits the MR Coordinator Might Handle:

- **Internal Audits**: Regular audits within the organization to ensure compliance with QMS.
- **Supplier Audits**: Assessing the quality practices of external suppliers or vendors to ensure they meet the organization's standards.
- **External Audits**: Typically performed by external certifying bodies (e.g., ISO certification bodies) to verify compliance with industry standards.
- **Compliance Audits**: Ensuring that the organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements, often industry-specific (e.g., GMP in pharmaceuticals).
- **Risk-based Audits**: Focus on high-risk areas of the organization to ensure potential risks are mitigated effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

- **Experience with QMS** (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).
- **Audit experience** (internal, supplier, external, regulatory).
- **Problem-solving and corrective action management**.
- **Strong communication skills** to liaise with management, auditors, and teams.
- **Attention to detail** and the ability to identify non-conformities or areas of risk.
- **Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies** (e.g., FMEA, CAPA, Six Sigma, Lean).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
