**Travel Operations Executive**

The Travel Operations Executive handles the day-to-day operations of travel services, including booking arrangements, itinerary planning, customer service, and coordination with vendors. This role ensures that travel processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Planning & Booking**:

- Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages for clients.
- Coordinate group and individual travel bookings.
- Ensure all reservations and itineraries are accurate.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel agencies.
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with agreements.
- **Operations Management**:

- Monitor and manage travel budgets and cost control.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation.
- Keep records of client bookings, payments, and preferences.
- **Market Research & Promotions**:

- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, airline policies, and regulations.
- Recommend travel packages and promotions to clients.
- Assist in marketing travel services through social media and other channels.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**: 1-5 years in travel operations, customer service, or travel consultancy.
**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of global travel regulations and visa policies
- Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Problem-solving skills to handle travel disruptions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
