**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform technical tasks based on specialization (electrical fitting, mechanical fitting, welding, etc.)
- Follow project safety standards and company procedures
- Troubleshoot and maintain machinery or electrical components
- Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks

**Requirements**:

- ITI Certification in relevant trade (Electrical, Fitter, Welder)
- Minimum **2 years** of relevant industrial experience
- Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a team and follow site instructions
- Physically fit and ready to work in on-site conditions

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: ₹20,000/month
