**Job Responsibility**

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating graphic designs and editing videos of the activities conducted at the centre plus marketing collaterals. He/She shall be energetic, passionate, hard-working and dedicated towards the organization and its vision and mission. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycare’s Graphic Designer & Video Editor:

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Create images and layouts by hand or using design software.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Edit Videos shot for uploading on YouTube and other Social media channels.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events.
- Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms.
- Create graphics & videos for website and social media platforms.
- Assist with the writing and presentation of cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign creative approaches, including page layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo editing.
- Work on marketing materials and other collateral.
- Assist with the artistic input and design for print materials, video contents and social media products.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills Required**
- Graduate with diploma or degree, preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, fine arts, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
- Strong graphic design & video editing/making skills.
- Minimum 3 years related professional experience in a production environment.
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Desktop publishing tools and graphic design/video editing software, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Pleasing personality with professional attitude.
- Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A team player, who is also self-motivated.
- Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work with both types of media for integrated campaigns.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary, Internship

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
