Job Position: Instrumentation Executive

WL: 1B/1C

Location: Kandla, Gandhi Dham.

Business Contex: To drive the development of WCM strategic direction in achieving world-class standards in engineering services in the Beverages (Coffee) factory.

Main Accountabilities- Is responsible for execution of planned maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance- Is responsible for the- Troubleshooting and repair for each equipment. Breakdown trend analysis, corrective and preventive action,- Advance process control (APC), Programmable logic control (PLC) & distributed control system (DCS) & SCADA knowledge- Good Knowledge of process equipment’s like evaporators, spray drier, Boiler, Chillers Dg set and Compressor automation.- Good knowledge of Electronic penal/Card and flow meters, VFD’s all Packing machine is Auto Packing machine.- Designing & developing new control system & testing, maintain & modifying existing system.- Estimation of New Projects, Preparation of layout of electrical panel boards.- He should have experience of handling statutory bodies such as weights & measurement etc. She should be familiar with energy conservation measures and electrical safety measures.- Is responsible for ensuring safe working standards in terms of machine interlocks, safeguards of machines and protection of movement parts.- Is responsible for Life cycle extension of the equipment by implementing corrective maintenance and support the early management activities pillar.- Is responsible for line operation during innovation trials and presenting the trial report.- Is responsible for line operation during new machine commissioning and ramp up phase.- To drive site Digital factory project ( Robots ,cobots ,and digital twin )

Key Skills- Preparing process packages of Conceptual, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering for FMCG projects e.g. Food, Home Care and Personal Care Plants- Design of Utility systems and preparation of Utility summary/balances

Relevant Experience- University degree in Instrument engineer- Safety and quality working Knowledge. WCM fully operational is recommended- Fully operational in instrumentation in the process industry ,Evaporator ,Spry drier.- Fully operational in automation, and instrumentation- Strong leadership, and high quality of communication and influencing.- Project execution.
