Project: This is a value homes/residential project - 2 phased construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports.
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
- Coordinating with project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely closure of issues.
- Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
- Monitoring and tracking of ongoing issues, schedule and daily/weekly site progress.
- Performing periodic quality checks to the system registers.
- Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
- Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.
- Working with project planner and supporting with monitoring and tracking of project schedule.

About you

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional body. You have an experience in residential development.
