Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Coaching:
Develop and implement age-appropriate and skill-level-appropriate chess lesson plans.

Conduct individual and group chess lessons for students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.

Provide personalized training plans to improve students' tactical, positional, and endgame skills.

Analyze students' games and identify strengths and weaknesses, providing constructive feedback.

Prepare students for chess tournaments and competitions, both locally and potentially at a higher level.

Organization and Management:
Organize and lead chess workshops, camps, and other events.

Manage chess teams, including setting goals, planning for practices and competitions, and motivating players.

Oversee the activities of the chess team, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.

Skill Development:
Teach chess strategies, tactics, and fundamentals to students.

Help students understand and improve their understanding of chess openings, middlegames, and endgames.

Develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through chess.

Professional Development:
Continuously update their knowledge of chess and coaching techniques.

Stay informed about current chess trends and developments.

Attend professional development opportunities to improve their coaching skills.

Additional Responsibilities (May vary depending on the specific job):
Administrative tasks:
Maintain records of student progress, manage schedules, and communicate with parents or guardians.

Community Outreach:
Represent the chess program in the community, promote chess events, and recruit new participants.

Collaboration:
Work with other educators or coaches to support students' overall development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
