Responsible for overseeing the overall operations within the facility team w.r.t building day to day maintenance & preventive measures for building infrastructure.
- Coordinating and communicating with all vendors for all CMC/AMC works.
- Coordinating with the suppliers for the delivery of the material& for the execution of work on time.
- Coordinating with vendors for any defects correction under the warranty & guaranty period.
- Maintaining& checking the checklists and data as per NABH guideline.
- Ensuring that day to day maintenance complaints are being resolved on time.
- Regular checking of all equipments installed in the premises.
- Daily rounds of the facility and checking of the high side equipments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
