**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential industries and customer segments, understanding their needs and how Odoo can address them.

**Lead Generation**: Work with the sales team to generate and qualify leads through targeted marketing efforts.

**Event Management**: Organize and participate in webinars, conferences, and other industry events to showcase Odoo’s products and network with potential clients.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve better results.

**Brand Management**: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the Odoo brand guidelines and contribute to building a consistent and positive brand image.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP Software and tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (such as Odoo), and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
