Position - **IPQA / IPQC**
Experience - Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification - Bsc
Location - Ahmedabad

**Key responsibilities**:
**QA & IPQA**
- To check proper segregation of material and cleaning in production zones.
- Quality review of finished product.
- Check & review line clearance of production zone.
- Check and ensure that all the bags should be packed as per quality system.
- To provide training to all quality assistance of sorting procedure.
- To perform cross checking and prepare cross checking Report.
- To check and review customers COA/COC for all dispatches.
- To maintain Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Pressure Recording log daily.
- To prepare dispatch status format of every batch.
- To perform label reconciliation & verification record of dispatch material.
- Approval of PSA Report.
- Verification of Line clearance.
- Batch Reconciliation & Review of BMR.
- To prepare challenge test report.
- Preparation and Distribution of Controlled Formats.
- Vacuum Cleaner & Mopping Machine cleaning Schedule Monitoring.

**QC & IPQC**
- Online Sampling and dimensional testing of In process samples.
- Handling of online quality problems (Dimensional & Visual)
- Prepare Product start up approval for containers.
- Distribution of approved reference sample in production zone.
- Analysis of new mould samples.
- Maintain IPQC instruments & equipment cleaning.
- To check sealing of containers.
- Provide training to new employee for in process.
- Preparation of Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance
- Daily and Monthly verification of weighing balance.
- Sending samples RM and FP for Testing to Centralize Lab.
- Prepare Sealing and Leak Test Report.
- Assigning QC Reference Number.
- Raw Material Sampling approval and Labeling Process.
- Other activities assigned by department Head and Asst. Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
