**Responsibilities**:

- Should have experience in working with chemical/API industries.
- Should have experience in new process development & process improvement
- Maintain detailed record of experiment under taken.
- Scale up laboratory trial on pilot plat to validate process.
- Responsible for R&D functions like New Molecule/ PD, Technology Transfer etc.
- Should have excellent commend over the latest laboratory equipments.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
