**Key Responsibilities**

**Academic Instruction**
- Teach **Mathematics from Classes VI to X** as per the CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum.
- Cover key areas including:

- Algebra
- Geometry
- Mensuration
- Trigonometry (basic)
- Arithmetic
- Data Handling and Statistics
- Linear Equations and Polynomials
- Use real-life examples and visual aids to make abstract concepts relatable.
- **Planning & Curriculum Development**:

- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with academic objectives.
- Create student-centric activities and project-based assignments to reinforce learning.
- Use digital tools, smartboards, and e-learning platforms to enrich classroom engagement.

**Student Assessment**
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and formative assessments to track progress.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records of academic growth.
- Provide constructive feedback and organize remedial sessions for students who need additional help.

**Classroom Management & Mentoring**
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and mathematical creativity.
- Identify gifted students or those needing additional support and offer guidance accordingly.
- Foster curiosity, confidence, and a growth mindset in learners.

**School & Departmental Activities**
- Participate actively in school functions, math clubs, competitions, and inter-house events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
