- **Customer engagement**: Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase products.
- **Product demonstration**: Show customers how a product works, its features, and its benefits, often using interactive materials like videos or samples.
- **Sales performance**: Achieve or exceed daily or assigned sales targets and keep accurate records of sales activities.
- **Product knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date information on products and services to provide accurate guidance and advice.
- **Merchandising**: Arrange products and promotional displays in an attractive and organized manner to draw customer attention.

Additional duties
- **Customer relationship management**: Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and by inviting them to try new products.
- **Sales tracking and reporting**: Track sales figures, maintain customer databases, and report progress and customer feedback to management.
- **In-store and event support**: May handle counter sales transactions, assist with product delivery, or help coordinate promotional events.
- **Feedback collection**: Gather and submit customer feedback to management for future improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
