1.Plant Care and Maintenance:

- Implement and oversee daily care routines for plants, including watering, fertilizing, pruning and pest control.
- Monitor plant health and promptly address any issues to ensure optimal growth.

2. Garden and Landscape Design:

- Contribute to the design and planning of gardens and landscapes.
- Recommend appropriate plant selections based on environmental conditions and aesthetic preferences.

3. Soil Management:

- Analyze soil conditions and implement soil improvement strategies as needed.
- Ensure proper soil preparation for planting and transplanting activities.

4. Propagation & Cultivation:

- Propagate plants through various methods such as seeds, cutting and division.
- Implement cultivation practices to enhance plant quality and quantity.

5. Pest and Disease Management:

- Identify and address pest and disease issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement integrated pest management strategies to minimize the use of chemical interventions.

6. Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, care activities, and garden designs.
- Provide regular reports on plant health and garden performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Proven Experience in horticulture and plant care.
- Knowledge of plants species, cultivation techniques, and pest management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of local climate and soil conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
