**Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller**:
- **Outbound Calling**:Making proactive calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and qualify prospects.
- **Inbound Call Handling**:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various methods, including cold calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
- **Sales and Persuasion**:Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer records, and building rapport with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
