**Position Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient **Drone Educator** to deliver structured, hands-on sessions to school students at our partner school in Vidya Nagar, Kolhapur. This is a freelance, weekend-only role, ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about STEM education and practical learning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging sessions on drone technology, aerodynamics, and safety
- Guide students through drone assembly, operation, and basic flight skills
- Manage equipment and ensure lab safety and functionality
- Foster a learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
- Submit session updates and feedback as required
- Familiarity with drones, flight concepts, or aeromodelling
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for hands-on teaching and STEM education
- Must be based in or around Kolhapur
- Prior experience in teaching/training is an advantage
