We at Everest Food Products Private Limited are looking for SECURITY OFFICER (EX. ARMY) for SECURITY Department at Umbergaon Plant address is as follows;
Everest Food Products Private Limited (Everst Masala) Umbergaon plant.

Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village -Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat - 396170.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

**Min. Experience required: Person must have served army/BSF etc.**
**Min. Experience required: 0 to 3 year in relevant field after army. (Manufacturing/Packing/Pharma/Food/Spices Etc).**
**Min. Qualification Required: Diploma or Bachelor**

- Oversee and manage all security operations, including supervision of security personnel.
- Monitor and maintain daily records of CCTV footage and control room activities.
- Implement and enforce security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and protocols.
- Manage the Visitor Management System to ensure proper access control.
- Oversee the handling of lock and key procedures, including the sealing process.
- Supervise systematic processes for the inward and outward movement of materials.
- Prevent losses by identifying irregularities and enforcing compliance with policies.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious behaviour, focusing on crime prevention.
- Ensure adherence to factory rules and regulations by all personnel.
- Report hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions affecting factory property and personnel.
- Manage security activities such as access control, traffic management, patrolling, and surveillance.
- Utilize SAP system knowledge to enhance security operations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, gardening, horticultural activities, and waste disposal management.
- Maintain vigilance across the plant, sub-units, and boundary areas.
- Oversee scrap and waste management, including collection, segregation, and timely disposal.
- Liaise with police and fire brigade during law enforcement or emergency situations and crime investigations.
- Conduct daily briefings and training sessions for security guards to enhance their skills.
- Ensure certifications or training in First Aid, Firefighting, and Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) are maintained.
- Supervise and ensure security measures for CMUs and other smaller units within the facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
