Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive and engaging English language classes.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of students.
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide feedback.
- Facilitate group discussions, activities, and presentations to improve communication skills.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in project evaluations and provide regular reports on student progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational software.
- Commitment to the duration of the project (6 months).
- Prior experience in CSR projects or working with diverse student populations is a plus.
