We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented **Real Estate Salesperson** to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property inspections and client meetings
- Provide market advice and pricing strategies based on current trends
- Negotiate offers and finalise agreements between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation, contracts, and disclosures
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and real estate trends
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the property market
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
