**Job Purpose**:
To deliver high-quality teaching of Accountancy to students of Grades 11 and 12, ensure academic excellence, and prepare students for board examinations and higher education in the field of commerce.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Delivery**
- Plan and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Prepare annual teaching plans, lesson plans, and unit tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and ICT tools to enhance student learning.

**2. Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline and decorum in the classroom.
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Identify and support students with academic difficulties.

**3. Student Evaluation & Support**
- Prepare students for internal and board examinations.
- Analyze student performance and provide feedback.
- Guide and mentor students for competitive exams (e.g., CUET, CA Foundation).

**4. Curriculum Enrichment**
- Participate in curriculum planning and development.
- Integrate real-life examples, case studies, and financial news in teaching.

**5. Record Keeping & Documentation**
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Prepare result analysis and student progress reports.
- Maintain question banks and sample papers.

**6. Parent Communication**
- Participate in PTMs and communicate student progress to parents.
- Address parent queries and concerns in a professional manner.

**7. Professional Development**
- Keep abreast with changes in accounting practices and examination patterns.

**8. Administrative & Miscellaneous Duties**
- Assist in school events, admission processes, and examination invigilation.
- Support other academic or co-curricular responsibilities assigned by the school.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com preferred).
- B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching Accounts at senior secondary level.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Classroom, and ERP tools.
