- Act as a positive representation of the business to the community.
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.
- Collection / Revenue Collection.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.
- Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities.
- Detecting opportunities for meaningful collaboration within and across industries.
- Foster and promote communications among other professional organizations, the community, and product vendors.
- Search for methods to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Help senior officials to better manage day to day activities and company image.
- Manage and assess data pertaining to the operations of the company.

**Liaison Officer Requirements and Qualifications**:

- **6 to 10+ years** of experience in a related role.
- Problem-solving skills, spoken and written English skills, Letter drafting skill.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
- Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Basic Computer Knowledge, Microsoft, Database maintenance, Record Making etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
