**Job Title: Data Scientist (NLP/ML/AI/MLOps/Cloud AI/Gen AI)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **NLP & LLMs**: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models, including large language models for various use cases such as chatbots, document understanding, and content generation.
- **Machine Learning**: Design and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation systems, and other business use cases.

- **MLOps**: Develop and implement MLOps practices for scaling and automating ML model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

- **Cloud AI**: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy scalable AI solutions, manage infrastructure, and optimize costs.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights, improve model performance, and support decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- **Experimentation**: Continuously run experiments to improve model accuracy and efficiency, and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK) and LLMs like GPT, BERT, etc.
- Experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI, Azure AI) and deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of generative models (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion models) is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, NLP, ML, or AI roles.
- Prior experience with LLMs, MLOps, and Cloud AI solutions is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
