**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to deliver effective science lessons.
- Demonstrate and explain scientific concepts and principles using appropriate instructional materials and real-world examples.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and hands-on activities to promote practical understanding of scientific concepts.
- Assess student learning and progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide extra support or enrichment activities as required.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies when appropriate.
- Promote scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Foster a safe and respectful learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license in Science Education.
- Proven experience teaching science at the primary or secondary level. Experience in an international school setting is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of scientific concepts, principles, and methodologies across multiple disciplines.
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for science.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources for teaching.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in science education.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
