Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for calling US health insurance companies on behalf of Doctors/Physicians to follow up for claim status and outstanding accounts receivables. - Should have basic knowledge on Denials, rejections and ability to resolve immediately and also able to resolve billing issues those have resulted in delay in payment. - Must be spontaneous and should have high energy levels. - Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

**Requirements**:
Typing speed of 30-40 words/minute.
- Must be a graduate.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling or even Freshers
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Works well within a team and independently Perks and Benefits:
