Overview:
We are a leading audio-visual content production house known for creating captivating and engaging visual experiences across various platforms. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring our projects to life with stunning animations and visuals.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Motion Graphic Design:

- Conceptualize and design compelling motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and creative direction.
- Create visually stunning title sequences, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engage the audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and iterate on motion graphic concepts.

2. Storyboarding and Visualization:

- Work with creative directors and producers to translate ideas and concepts into visual storyboards and animatics.
- Provide input on the visual direction and style of projects to ensure consistency and creativity.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
- Use Generative AI effectively to increase the efficiency of the process of ideation and

execution of projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the compatibility and optimization of

motion graphics for various platforms and resolutions.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Review and fine-tune motion graphics and animations to ensure they meet the

highest quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any technical or design issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree Fine Arts - Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in motion graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your

work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,

and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
