**Job Description**:

- Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Good to have in real estate Expertise)
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients
- Updating customer information such as change of address and phone number

Some skills that are useful for telesales representatives include:
Communication, Active listening, Technology knowledge, Persistence, Product knowledge, Organization, Collaboration, and Patience.
